Pokéballs and berries in pokédex?

Isn't it a good idea that there are not only pokémon but pokéballs and berries in the pokédex too? Because I want to know what they are.

    Yes, it's a good/great idea

    They "somewhat" do this with item descriptions but I suppose adding in a glossary or search function for PokeBalls and Berries in the Dex wouldn't be a bad idea.

    I don't want to have to collect every pokeball and item to complete a dex, but if it's just item info then that would be good.

    Don't item descriptions already facilitate this?

    Or are you saying you would like more thorough information about each item. I doubt they would go as far as to tell you the actual capture multipliers of each ball.
