Bug report hairstyle/colour

Dear support,

Everytime after starting the TCG Live app it resets either the hairstyle or changes the haircolour (maximizes it all the way to the right of the colour bar). Can this issue please be resolved?

  Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thank you!
