Can I replace Jack?

I have a different cameo I want

I want a Charizard to be in a fight (not a fight for the characters but one they pass on the streets) and he yells:

"Don't mess with me! I'll unleash my secret form! The ULTIMATE CHARIZARD OF UNLIMITED CHAOS Z!!!"

And he does the basic Dragon Ball power up pose, screaming at the top of his lungs looking stupid because nothing happens
