Favourite Region

The towns/cities are beautiful and they have purpose apart from gyms, the way the region is designed makes it feel fun to adventure through, and the music is brilliant. It feels like it's full of things.

In sharp contrast with Paldea which has three towns that aren't just there so they can have gyms and the only one of the 11 of them that's decent is Mesagoza for having the school. The rest are just empty. Maybe they have looks that imply they could be interesting in them but there's nothing about them other than having gyms and you can't enter any buildings to actually interact with NPCs (most of which just have text floating over their heads and you can't actually interact with anyways, which kind of ruins the immersion) and they all have the most generic themes in Pokémon to date and it makes it all feel so empty. Sorry if the complaining is annoying, but thinking of how fun the previous regions were compared to what they give us now is a little sad, even if I still enjoy the games.
