Cape of Toughness bugged?

Looking like cape of toughness isn't applying its bonus properly, just had a shadow rider vmax one shotted with a 320 attack- it has 320hp normally, with the cape it should've had 370. Not the first time I've had it happen either, though the last time it did I figured I'd just miscounted somewhere.
