celebrate mega evolution with breezy floral card sleeves keeps comming up after accepting
so when i launch the game (tried windows and android) the pop up keeps comming up which would give card sleeves and event tokens.
every time i accept it, after a few minutes it comes up again and notting was added to my account.
also the deck i played with yesterday (the mega greninja ex of chaos rising which everyone gets is suddenly flagged to not be accepted for the standard format. eventho it has the check when i go to decks.)
what i've tried:
-restarting pc
-restarting phone
-reinstalling app (both platforms)
-clearing my dns cache incase it would be a bad connection to the server
-force refresh by unplugging internet
i would like to continue playing please help.

Try to clear the game cache in the appdata, reinstall may not clear everything.

Any solution yet? Im having the same problem

Still happening after doing all the above. Also since this started happening all of my decks are invalid (both standard and expanded). Even the default decks don’t work.

I'm in the same boat. Been sinking ever since the update. Played a few games this morning and then the update hit and now can't play at all, or accept the gifts. I've opened tickets that don't seem to be getting replies either.
