New bug need fixing yet again
Evolved my pokemon and then the whole evolution line goes into my hand. Put it back down and it uses the first attack immediately. Effectively cannot play live anymore. Game either bugs out when I try to use abilities or other random stupidity ensures

Never heard of this happening... what Pokemon was it? or does it happen with any evolution? also, what else was played that turn? and can you provide the game log?
Without more details it's impossible to tell if it's an actual bug or something you missed.

Opponent KO'd my budew with N's zoroark, i promoted drakloak with a psychic energy on it, used recon directive and flip the script (which made the cards get drawn 1 at a time very slowly) I then evolved into a blaziken and then evolved into dragapult which then the dragapult and all cards underneath it went into my hand all still underneath the dragapult which was put with my other dragapult in my hand. I tried to place it back in the active spot and it put the dragapult next to the active spot and immediately did dragon headbut. And didnt even give me an option. I didnt even both playing it out and just turned my laptop off because ive not been able to play sny ranked games without 1 bug or another happening

Based on your description, I believe it's definitely an unplayable, game-breaking glitch...
There's not much more to say other than let's hope they fix it...
