Re-distribution of the Mystery Gifts with "the Festive" title in Pokémon Champions!

While redeeming my mystery gift I got an error that said "You couldn't claim your reward(s) since doing so would exceed the limit for certain items!"

I understand that a new game has problems. But the Pokémon Champions support team, didn't do something for it. Also while searching the internet, many players had the same problem with Gyarados the Festive and also with Charizard the Festive.

I want to request a redistribution for the special "the Festive" pokemon, for the sake of the collectors. Also since newer mobile players never had the chance for such rare items.

If this cannot happen, I would like to propose a feature that would help preserve the long-term value of Mystery Gift Pokémon while also providing newer players with a fair way to obtain past event rewards.

My suggestion is that Mystery Gift Pokémon remain free and exclusive during their original event period, but after the event concludes, they become available for purchase in the in-game store.

These Pokémon could be obtained either through a substantial Victory Point (VP) cost or, where appropriate, through premium currency or direct purchase options. To preserve their rarity and prestige, they should be priced at a significant value, such as 10,000–25,000 VP depending on the rarity and significance of the event. This would ensure that obtaining them still requires meaningful effort, dedication, or investment.

I believe this system would offer several benefits:

• It preserves the advantage of players who participated during the original event, as they received the Pokémon for free and on time.

• It provides newer players, especially those joining after the mobile release of Pokémon Champions, with a fair opportunity to obtain legacy event Pokémon that were unavailable when they started playing.

• It helps players who missed events due to technical issues, real-life commitments, or delayed adoption of the game.

• It gives additional value to VP and other store currencies by creating meaningful long-term rewards.

• It allows event Pokémon with unique titles, such as the Festive title, to remain obtainable without diminishing their significance.

These Pokémon would carry both legacy value and battle-ready value. Many players seek them not only because they are useful in battle, but because they represent a piece of the game's history and serve as collectible rewards. The exclusive titles attached to these distributions are often the primary reason collectors pursue them, as they commemorate participation in special events and create lasting memories within the community.

I believe this approach strikes a fair balance between rewarding early participation and ensuring that important content remains accessible to future generations of players. It would be particularly valuable as the Pokémon Champions community grows with the arrival of mobile players who may have had no opportunity to participate in the earliest event distributions.
