You know on the cover of books they have those little summaries that don't really reveal anything but kind of show the genre as well as mentioning a character or two?

The Kingdom of Lacos is ruled by a strict King, Hades the Merciless. In all honesty, he saved the region. Before he rose to power, it was absolute chaos. No central government, constant fighting among the people, starvation, everyone was struggling for resources. There were many people that talked big, saying they would save the region from it's current state. They gained many followers. None of them ever acted upon this. Hades, however, was unheard of until one day he appeared out of the blue, stating he was knew what was best and declared himself King. Many opposed him, called him crazy, and attempted to ignore him. Hades forced them to listen. He started giving commands, assigning jobs, and creating systems. Many have challenged him, but he destroyed them all. After his first few challengers failed, many begin to follow him, doing as told. Now the kingdom is prosperous, with an abundance of resources. Everyone has money, homes, jobs, and food on the table. It is a land clean of crime, and the little crime that does exist gets 'taken care of' by Hades himself. Nobody questions what happens to the criminals… This land, while taken care of, isn't exactly "free." King Hades controls every bit of the residents' lives, never accepting questions or push back. Most have just come to accept this way of life. One person refuses, though. A young man who is tired of being controlled. A young man who dreams of being a musician but forced to be a farmer. A young man… named Cal.
