I'm not going based off looks

Umbreon is good at setting up with Toxic and Scary Face to status and lower stats plus Snarl for chance at more stat decrease

Glaceon should not be underestimated with high Physical Defenses and Special Attack. Teach it Snowscape then let loose with Blizzard!

Sylveon is similar to Glaceon but with different attacks, being good with Pixate Hyper Voice and can keep its health up with Draining Kiss
