Energy Exchange Rewards Not Opening

Last night my friend told me they couldn't exchange aeos energy for energy rewards (random emblems or fashion items for avatars), so I checked it out and found it was not allowing me to go in that right hand menu icon item either.

Please fix!

I tried again a few minutes ago and still it is not working for myself and a different friend. The three of us are mobile version users.

(I'll grab my service number and all that, to submit a ticket soon if it hasn't been fixed by then.)
