Has anyone else gotten dud tcg code cards fresh out the pack?

I had been opening 6-pack boxes (2) and an elite trainer box of Paldea Evolved, only the codes from one of the 6-packs had worked. The rest of them had "been redeemed by another account" already. ALSO NOTICED ONE OF THE PACKS HAD NO CHASE CARD. OPENED A PACK MAXMOEFOEPOKEMON STYLE THE CARD I PULLED OFF THE BACK WAS A N O I B A T .
