Few notes:
At least two different unique moves had the effect of randomly assigning an effect, which makes them somewhat similar. However I think one was only a chance and the other guaranteed…
The Scarecrow's "Sudden Movement" should probably be for contact moves, not physical moves.
Sudden Thunder sounds kinda similar to Sudden Movement (fun fact if you didn't do this on purpose- say 'Spookchu' out loud and it sounds like 'spooked you!')
Meowth and Pikachu are the same size. Perhaps a larger, Lacosian Meowth evolution would make more sense to… ah… be the cause of Spookchu.
Hydro Jolt seems significantly better than its counterparts! Might just be me though.
I like the angel and demon idea, but the pseudo-legendary 'God' and 'Devil' evolutions (except I think it's technically more like a form change?) gotta be handled carefully in several ways…
Blazing Chains has a LOT of effects going on- fire spin, next attack won't miss (paired with a OHKO move he'd be a monster, make sure he doesn't learn those!), can't retreat… seems like a bundle, especially compared with the arrow move only having a chance at burn and spike effect, not to mention lower power.

What's the difference between Physical and Contact moves?

I used to think 'what the difference between physical and contact' and there IS in fact a difference in Champions it will label moves as contact for example Tackle is Physical and Contact, therefore triggering abilities like Rough Skin. However Earthquake does NOT make contact and remains a physical move. Draining Kiss is Special but is Contact (which I forget about sometimes, sorry Gangle (my Sylveon)), however Flamethrower is special and non contact.
