Miitopia is actually inspired by it. Also, unlike Miitopia, the game doesn't have a story or journey or battles. It's a lot more relaxed and the closest thing it has to something like that is leveling up the Miis' happiness and the Island level through helping Miis. (Also, I forgot to mention this, but it has non-binary Miis and there's a romantic preference thing where you can make them like specific genders or all of them or none)

You can delete Miis, but it costs money. This completely removes every trace they existed, even deleting all the news reports they even just make a cameo in (any kids they have will just have one less parent). No one will ever mention them again after they get deleted, as if they were never made.
