Pokémon champions

Recently, I have been playing Pokémon champions and I have been experiencing Pokémon such as Goalie who have been using substitute and Double Team to dodge all moves and knock out all your Pokémon, and it is such a waste of time. If anyone can help with this please do.

    Maybe use a Pokémon with the ability Unaware, allowing it to ignore your opponent's stat changes
