I'm going based off my Charizard's move set
Flare Blitz, Thunder Punch, Rock Slide, and Dragon Rush
Ditto can only learn the moves that my Charizard already knows, meaning only two of them have an advantage but my Charizard has an attack that does 4x to the copy cat

Ditto can only transform into what's in front of it and can't Mega Evolve or change its real stats, giving Charizard the win. Unless we go by anime logic, where a well-trained and prepared Ditto might be able to transform from memory into something like Diancie and use Diancie's Diamond Storm for a one-hit KO. I might be wrong on that, though, as I don't know much about the anime logic.
