"That would be correct," Ange confirms.
"And you have no clue how you did it," the boy follows up with.
"That would also be correct," Rouge answers with a nod.
"And you don't know how to turn them back," he inquires.
"Yeah, that's right," the Shadow answers, which disappoints, who thought she would finish the "correct" chain.
"Zygarde, how did this happen," L asks, looking at the once-Legendary with hope.
"I only have a guess," Zygarde says, sitting up straight. "I believe that the mega energy extraction acts as a feedback loop, the shear energy that increased from when Ange gave it to me and Abyss was to much so it reversed the energy flow, removing all the mega energy. But it kept going because of a energy overload, causing Ange’s own infinite life force to get transferred to us."
"That was just a guess," the Shadow questions, looking at Zygarde with awe.
"Yes, but I think it is also the truth," the being of order responds.
"I think you're right," the old man agrees, nodding his head as he thinks. "But now I wonder if you have powers like Ange does. Powers that resemble the Pokémon you once were."
"Only one way to find out," Abyss states, leaping to its feet. "Let's go try to do… something!"
