Improving Lanturn

Lanturn, with its typing and decent defensive stats, has potential to be a viable Pokémon. However, it currently lacks the presence and versatility to be a true standout. To improve its viability, I have a few suggestions regarding moves that I believe Lanturn could benefit from learning:
- Heal Bell
- Muddy Water
- Parabolic Charge
- Calm Mind
How would you improve Lanturn?
