Water isn't safe to drink me thinks. Given I have a Cap of Water Breathing, I can go and scavenge the items in the Water. Shall I roll an Investigation check?

as you dive into the water you find a bunch of pokemon that fell to an unfortunate fate you do however see one pokemon who is severly injured and unconcious yet still alive
