Given I get +1 via Wisdom and D4 via Finder's Goggles. Got 19 + 1 = 20 + 3 = 23 so… yay?

you are able to see a location scribbled with a bunch of circles it seems to be far north it seems to be very important when you look closer on the map there is some sloppy handwriting warning about the Toxicroak that is there and it seems to depict a large structure of sorts

I see a potential location of our instrument. Does have a warning about a Toxicroak that matches the info we got from the Guild. Be on alert as we head north.
