Honestly there a Tie

Darkrai is super strong if you get the seeds but it takes energy from the team, weakening them

Cresselia is lack luster by itself but its skill, Lunar Blessing, is a combination of Helper Boost, Berry Burst, and Energy for everyone

What I mean is that it give your team X energy and X Berries but it’s gets stronger the more Psychic types are on your team

If I'm using Darkrai them that means that the Snorlax likes the Dark type berry, and I have a Dark you're Team that makes it okay

Only one Poémon is getting weakened, so it's really no big deal
