Eh I don't remember it being answered. I might do it given Ice is x 2 on these boys and I don't use my PP all that often.

Yes, doing Ice Shard, D4: 3 Ice Damage and following it up with a Ray of Frost: D20: 18; D8: 7 Cold/Ice Damage +5 Attack bonus

Yeah I get a +5 attack bonus on RoF too
