Pokémon Unite Glitching

I’ve had so many issues with Unite lagging and glitching across multiple devices, I can confidently say it’s bc the game is poorly optimized. These issues prevent me from even being able to play the game at times and my account gets penalized for it. I try to report these issues and the only response I ever get is to “check my wifi” and it’s becoming such an issue I almost want to stop playing. I can’t be the only one experiencing these issues right?
