Will Dracovish make its available comeback in Pokémon Winds and Waves, the video games? Why?

I knew that Dracovish was a very popular Pokémon in Pokémon Sword and Shield competitive scene due to its signature move, Fishious Rend, that easily defeats the opposing trained Pokémon. However unfortunately fir most fans, Dracovish was made unavailable in Generation IX video games like Scarlet and Violet and The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. So, by the way, do you think that Dracovish should make its available comeback in Pokémon Winds and Waves? Why? Please let me know, thanks.😉
