Game auto-passing and i'm not quite sure why

Not even given the chance to play, besides playing my pokemon at the start of the game. Whenever its my turn, it ends instantly, and goes to the opponent. This looks like it's happening to other people I have played against too, and I'm so far 4 matches in with zero cards played.

    Make sure all of the cards in your deck have regulation marks.

    Been playing on mobile a few weeks. Had this issue for first time today. Playing a match with a deck I've used before.

    At least 2-3 times my turn ended prematurely. I was in the middle of doing stuff and it just passes to my opponent.. very frustrating.

    9H NO, IF THIS IS A PROBLEM, IT SOMETIMES MAKES ME WONDER WHY THEY ARE SUNSETTING PTCGO IN THE FIRST PLACE!
