Well I’ll just say

Ho-oh and Lugia fly overhead but it’s impossible to tell they are there without sound

But they drop Rainbow and Silver feathers, if you get Raikou Entei and Suicune in the Dream World (a Once a Day thing, and they are not 100%) you can make the clear bell with 5 Rare Pokemetal and 5 Rainbow Feathers to Summon Ho-oh and if you get Articuno Zapdos And Moltres (Need to make special buildings that can be found in pallate town, Freezing Chambers for Articuno, abandoned power plant for Zapdos, and Alter of Flame for Moltres) you can use 5 Rare Pokemetal and 5 Silver Fethers to make the Tidle bell to summon Lugia, BTW After Summoning they give you a Fethers they stay until you reset the area, then you have to summon them again

I got Zapdos between Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges, but getting Tinkmaster is VERY good as it boosts the time needed from “Tomorrow” to 1 Hour

Oh the biggest problem
