Rate my deck

Is this an IRL deck? I’m not sure how to rate the deck given that I don’t know what you have to work with. If it’s TCG Live, you should be able to get all the cards you need for it reasonably quickly just by keeping up with your daily quests, completing the Battle Pass for duplicate credits and opening packs. The advice I’ll give below will assume you’re working in Live.

Your deck has some good synergy with the Hop’s cards but it lacks consistency. Examples of this are Jirachi, Snorlax and Absol’s inclusions, Nemona/backpack, and certain 1-of cards you play like Grusha and Giacomo. Dudunsparce ex also isn’t super great in the current meta and finding your Corviknight pieces can be very inconsistent with your list. Powerglass, Turbo Energize and TM Evolution could be dropped to make room for cards to help with the strategy of attacking with Hop’s Zacian early.

I’d recommend maxing out Lillie’s Determination. I’d also perhaps recommend Secret Box as the Ace Spec to find both Postwick and Hop’s Choice Band at once! Arven can help with that and if you put in an Air Balloon and/or Latias ex it could help you get Hop’s Zacian into the active quickly. Maybe 4 Arven as well then? I’d also recommend increasing the Dubwool count to 2. The deck thrives by preventing decks like Dragapult from getting up and running and this could help you do that. Also consider playing Ultra Ball to find cards like Dubwool and Fezandipiti ex and to thin out cards you won’t need later in the game. I hope this helps!
