Zapdos research stuck at 100%

I was queued up while I was doing research for Zapdos. Queue popped as I did my final research to get to 100%. When I got back, I noticed I had not unlocked research stage 2, and I still have 6 unused researches. When I checked stage 2, it said, "not unlocked yet." What gives? Is there a fix for this? Someone please help me.

    I stuck on stage 2 at 100% plz solve this fixed issue in zapdos event at inda server

    PlZ unlock stage 3 in zapdos event
