Venusaur, Primeape, Raichu, Seadra/Kingdra, not sure, Gengar
Also Vulpix is a LeafGreen exclusive to Growlithe on FireRed. Vulpix can be found on your way to Celadon City(Route 7-8) but also in Pokémon Mansion on Cinnabar Island. Same deal for Growlithe on FireRed. Having a Fire type is useful for not just Erika but also Lorelei's Ice types(notably her Jynx). Since Ninetales has 100 base Speed, she's one of the fastest Pokémon you can have. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the Special Attack that Charizard has(she was superior in Gen 1 when Special stat was unified).
Btw… Return TM exists so if you want to utilize a Normal Type… by all means do so. 102 base power with STAB is nothing short of nuts for the likes of Snorlax, Tauros or DODRIO.

Vulpix was exclusive to Blue version if memory serves while Growlithe was exclusive to Red. The exclusives are similar to how they were on Red/Blue or Scyther/Electabuzz on FireRed while Pinsir/Magmar are on LeafGreen. Oddish is exclusive to Red/FireRed while Bellsprout is exclusive to Blue/LeafGreen. Ekans. Ekans is exclusive to Red/FireRed while Sandshrew is exclusive to Blue/LeafGreen. Mankey used to be exclusive to Red but didn't do so for FireRed. Instead, they added two Water Types as exclusives: Psyduck + Shellder to FireRed and Slowpoke + Staryu to LeafGreen. Also means Slowking is exclusive to LeafGreen too while Bellossom/Scizor is exclusive to FireRed. Other post-game exclusives for FireRed are Wooper, Murkrow, Qwilfish, Delibird, Skarmory, Elekid and Attack form Deoxys. For LeafGreen, they'd be Azurill, Magby, Sneasel, Misdreavus, Octillery, Mantine and Defense form Deoxys.

Reply incoming but the TLDR: Get acquainted with version exclusives. You'll have to use them to Trade for what you need.

Really? That's even a bigger reason to not get it. Can you trade locally between two Switches? Im not even sure how you'd do that too lol and I KNOW I won't have anyone to trade with locally unless my nieces come out to visit and even then I'd never encourage them to do FRLG when Gen 9 or soon to be 10 exists. I might gift them a copy of Violet + DLC just so I can trade them a couple Pokémon I have already bred for them to use in a playthrough.
