Code Card Redemption Players Affected
Hi Trainers!
The team tracked down all those who had failed redemptions and identified which packs were lost. If you noticed you received/have extra booster packs when you log on, this is why.
Please reach out to our Support Team for those who didn't receive booster packs but ran into code redemption issues.

Hi there. Just regarding Pokémon redemptions. I have several Pokémon decks where the codes have succeeded successfully I can see the decks however the game won’t let me use them.
