What was your favorite Team from Pokemon?

I think Team Rocket purely because their concept and motives are simple, and the actions of everyone from grunts to Giovanni makes sense within that context. They are thieves. They are the Pokémon yakuza. They want power and money.

Every subsequent team has suffered from convoluted, nonsensical plots that seem to exist more to present roadblocks in the gameplay or comment on real-world issues than contribute anything to the objectives of the in-universe team. And often the actions of the grunts do not seem to align with the objectives of their leadership, with Team Flare and Team Galactic perhaps being the worst offenders.

Modern teams like Yell and Star shouldn't even be teams, in the traditional Pokémon sense. They are more nuisances than villains, and like so many things in the franchise, exist because they were in Red and Green.
