Pokemon Archetypes (i think i spelled that wrong)

The question i hate and kinda despise is "Whats your favorite pokemon?" (The question makes my bl00d boil) But i want to give a different question. What pokemon fill the Archetypes in your team?

I'll give and few examples so you can see what I mean

Let's start off with the leader of the team. Which is most likely, the starter. It powers through and gets the job done. For me this pokemon would be my Meowscarada, Inteleon, or even Meganium. But they normally faint after some time in battle. So that's where the second Archetype comes in.

Second in command always comes in clutch when you need it. This one sweeps, and leaves no mess. For me, this one is Hisuian Zoroark, Mimikyu, or my Dragonite I names Hermes.

Then, the bench warmers/last resort. This pokemon sits in the party scraping together as much Exp as possible. I never had this pokemon a lot, but only in lets go. There's Dragonair, Poliwhirl, and even Kubfu in my Sheild save file

Their isn't a team without the Cool One. Unless your a competitive player. The cool one is just a pokemon that you find appealing or like the design. But let's be honest, this pokemon kinda 5ucks. There just there because you want them to be. For me this was Venipede in Sheild and Za, or even Pachirisu for a little bit

On the topic of a little bit, the pokemon that never stays on the team for long. They're usually a pokemon that evolves at level 30 or above. Most of the times. But sometimes, it's because you find a stronger pokemon. For me, Golduck, Applin, Binacle, and Pikachu all fell into this category.

The underdog always impresses you. You put it on the team for giggles, but then this pokemon becomes the Goku of the team. It always catches you off gaurd, and always protects the Benchwarmer. Clodsire, Hydrapple, and Palafin fill this category for me.

The best friend is like the cool one, but you normally have some sort of attachment to it. Sometimes, there's even LORE involved. I have this for a pokemon and ill explain it briefly. I had a dream about me and a Ralts. I dont remember anything about it, but at the end, i remember something really sentimental happened. So for me, Ralts, Scolipede, and Iron Valient come to mind.

But what pokemon fill your Archetypes? Let me know in the comments!

Team Leader: Infernape or Cinderace. They rarely ever fail me, pulling through when I need them or at least taking out most of the first few enemies.

Second in Command: Hisuian Zoroark and Garchomp. They are the only reason I best Volo. I know that if the enemy is tough, they will be tougher. Definitely matches what you described.

Bench Warmer: I don't usually have one of these. I guess my Gardevoir in Z-A. It was useful at first but after a while I stopped using it and it was just there.

The Cool One: I was going to put Ceruledge here until I finished reading the description. Cadetta always pulls through, so not that. I think I'll say... Golicipod. I tried so hard to use one in Shield because I thin it's cool but it was never useful.

Doesn't Stay: In Z-A I tried to keep a Meowstic (female) but after a while it got replaced. I also had a Floatzel that I replaced for Palkia. Palkia ended up being useless but I couldn't put Floatzel back in because it was now 10 levels under the test of my team.

The Underdog: Delphox. I put it on my team as a place holder at first but then wouldn't remove it because it started to carry my team at times! I underestimated it by a lot and it is my SMVP (Second most valuable player. My Charizard is MVP).

My Bestie: Charizard. Let me make this clear. My Charizards always pull through. They are never useless. However, I only really use them due to sentimental value. It is partner. Forever and always.

Following is my SV Team and I think the following best describes it

Best Friend Forever: Alolan Vulpix → Alolan Ninetales

    Team Leader: Gallade

    Shotgun: Excadrill

    Last Resort: Skeledirge

    Cool One: Skuntank

    Underdog: Golduck

BFF is basically a Pokemon you'd probably own in real life and would be hard press to evolve it(hence Ash + Pikachu). Yet I just know that my Alolan Vulpix would be infinitely better as an Alolan Ninetales. My SV crew was largely led by my Gallade. That thing carried hard and power leveled so many Pokémon for Dex completion it was crazy. Shotgun was Excadrill because this mole is fast with solid typing and a great ability(Mold Breaker). Pretty much said Iono is bono by piercing her Levitate with Rock Slide for Emolga. Skuntank is kind of the cool one and most Dark Types fill that role while rolling Fairy + Psychic types. Finally, if there's ever an Underdog, it's Golduck with Cloud Nine. Gyarados is a popular Water pick but Cloud Nine is just not fair if the opponent wants to utilize Weather in any way(looking at you Kieran). Golduck would also give Flint a rough time given his Drought Ninetales wouldn't be able to use Solar Beam effectively(still has 100 SpD though).
