What if we give punk Espeon?
It won't be 1v1 against Mewtwo, but the three will work together
They'll start with Lycanroc (I'm thinking Daytime), Charizard (evolves fighting a horde of Team Rocket grunts), and Clefairy (should it evolve before this?)
They will get defeated against Mewtwo and it will be Vaporeon, Espeon, and Eevee
Eevee will evolve right before going down, making it dramatic and cool (plus, the battle is at night, so it will be Umbreon)
Then it will be the three Eeveelutions against Mewtwo
How's that?
