The beginning is in Johto, but Izzy quickly over hears Team Rocket, she doesn't want to die, immediately sets off to Kant, where the majority of the movie will be
Also, speaking of the beginning, I'm think we start with 4 or 5 year old Izzy finding Eevee
Afterwards is a time skip to current day
Throughout the movie we'll need to switch off of focusing on Izzy to Mewtwo/Team Rocket
Also, an idea I literally just had, what if Mewtwo is playing Team Rocket?
It's letting them think they have control but plans to betray them once the armor is done
