Characters we have;

Maybe Eevee could be the protagonist and Mewtwo the antagonist?

Our heroes;

Izzy has a female Eevee nickname Vee

Vee is an XS Eevee and was looked down upon for it

But then Izzy found her, bonded with her, and raised her

Now she's a powerful Eevee that doesn't need evolution

I don't care what gender Izzy is

Mewtwo's cause;

A pure vendetta against the world.

How the heroes know;

Izzy managed to over hear that team rocket has full control over Mewtwo and are going to destroy every part of the world except for them so they are the biggest force and the world rulers.

Heroes' cause;

Because they value their lives.
