Website Issue Discovered: Code Card Redemption
Hi Trainers,
Code redemption is currently not working only for the website. We've put the website into maintenance mode while the issue gets fixed.
If you received a failure message and lost your code when trying to redeem, please reach out to our Support Team so they can assist you further.

All the 42 bags of cards I filled in on the official website have not arrived. Fill in again to show that they have been exchanged

Unless your a sealed collector who keeps the pack wrapper and if your a chaser how would you know what pack the code came from when you have a lot of the same pack also if they were a gift perhaps you do not have proof of purchase so basically if you don’t have the receipt and the wrapper you don’t have proof of purchase or a upc ?
