I get 21 feet away and use Sword Dance and Bulk up with each step

As you use swords dance I use shadow claw.

I remember that darkrai is weak to grass type so I retreat gengar and pull out sinistcha and use spill the tea for 70 (x2 since weak).

No only in the cards. Types work differently than in the cards. Darkrai is not weak to grass.
