Ange and Ansha dump their berries into the kitchen counter. "Alright, so what first," Ange asks, rubbing her hands together with excitement. Ansha picks up a stick of butter.

"We put this on a pan and begin to make some dough," she says, handing Ange a recipe paper. "Follow this and tell me when you're done."

Ange nods, grabbing items shown on the paper. It has all these numbers and terms she doesn't understand. Like 4 cups of milk? Every cup is a different size! Ange did what any smart person would. Grab a random cup and fill it with milk four times, dumping each one into the bowl.

She did all her measurements like that. 3 tablespoons? Grab a big spoon and use it. Teaspoon? Tea cups are smaller than tables, so she uses a tiny spoon for it. There is this flour stuff that needed 5 cups put in, but it was very awkward to scoop with a cup so Ange dumped a bunch in and called it good.

She then begins mixing it. For some reason the batter doesn't look as good as in the recipe picture. Ange's is more clumpy and thick. "So how is your batch coming along," Ansha asks, setting her bowl of perfect batter on the counter.

"I think I did something wrong..." Ange says, showing the little girl her mix.

"Yeah, we can't salvage that," Ansha tells Ange. "But that's okay. I accidentally made too much. There's enough for everyone plus some!"

"Good," Ange responds, dumping her bowl as Ansha rolls the good one and puts them in the oven. "Now what?"

    "We wait!"

    Alright

I have to do this in two

I'm going to work on the eating part tonight but will probably be done in the morning

    That's the most likely

When bed time comes I'll see if I can get some more time, but I don't think it will be finished

    Tomorrow morning is most probable

The smell of wondrous donuts waft through the air. All in Hotel Z (which is just Team MZ and Ange) feel like their in heaven from the scent alone. "I can't wait for them to be done," Paxton states. Ange's stomach grumbles in agreement.

"Why aren't they done yet," Korrina groans, pacing through the lounge area.

"All good things must be waited for," Ansha tells her.

That's actuality pretty smart, Ange thinks, impressed that a child said it. Next to her, Lida sighs.

"I haven't ate all day," she complains. "I need food! This wait is killing me!"

"Should we get you to a hospital," Ange asks her with concern. Taunie laughs.

"It's an expression," the pink haired girl tells her. "She's just saying that her excitement is extreme."

Weird way to express that, Ange thinks as she looks at the perfectly alive Lida. That's almost as strange as saying "on the house."

"Ansha, how much longer is on the timer," Naveen inquires. "I try not to be impatient, but it feels like we've been waiting for eternity."

Ansha is about to answer, but then a bell dings, signaling the end of the baking time. "Y'all's wait is over," she informs us, heading into the kitchen.

The child comes out with a platter of freshly baked donuts. In her short time in the kitchen she's already put frosting on most of them and sprinkles on some. She sets them down on a table in front of everyone, who's all eyeing then hungrily.

"Thanks," they all say, immediately grabbing a delicious circle of amazingness. Ange takes a single bite and instantly falls on love.

"This is the best thing I've ever had," she shouts with her mouth full.

"I know, right," Paxton replies, his mouth full as well.

"While yes these are good you need to have manners," Naveen tells them, obviously disgusted by their actions. The two laugh and continue to chow down.

Everyone is having a really good time, when suddenly the door bursts open, Zygarde (10%) in the door frame, L right behind it. "What's wrong," Paxton questions. Everyone's smile is gone.

"Sorry too intrude, but me and Zygarde couldn't help but be attracted to this place by a glorious scent," L explains. "Would it be a bother if we joined y'all in this fine feast?"

The whole room sighs with relief. "Not a problem at all," Taunie says with a smile. "Come on in and enjoy!"

"Thank you," L tells her, him and the dog entering. He takes a seat next to Paxton and Zygarde sits next to Ange.

"Last night was fun," it says to her without moving its mouth. It then grabs a donut with its teeth, setting it on the ground and slowly eating it.

"You're right. It was," Ange mutters back before stuffing some of the pastry info her mouth. This is her third one.

"You know, I've already found an old radio that still plays music," the dog tells her. "Yeah, it's a bit bent up here and there but it's functional."

Ange nods along, finishing her donut and already grabbing another. "Well that's cool! I haven't had time to find anything new today."

"I just wanted to share my finding with you," it tells her. "Maybe I can show it to you this weekend."

"That would be nice," Ange replies with a smile. Zygarde may not be that expressive, but she swears she sees it smile slightly.

"Hey, Ange," Korinna hollers. "You done? I wanna show you something!"

Ange is currently teaching for her fifth donut, amd as much as she wants to get it, she can tell she's getting obsessed with them and need a break. "Alright," she responds, standing up with a sigh.

She follows the blonde out the door. It's already evening and the air feels cool against her skin. Ange looks at the setting sun with awe before turning to Korinna. "So what's up?"

"You used to force Pokémon to Mega Evolve, right," the other girl asks.

"I wouldn't say force," Ange answers slowly. "They didn't ask for it but it's not like it was permanent. Why?"

"Well, I'm a Mega Guru. And I want to teach you how humans do it!"
