Is anyone having issues when reediming codes?

Now, everytime I try to redeem a code the page says, “server error” and when I try to redeem again says that it is was already been used

  I meet the same error, restart seems not to work. The code shows redeem, but I can't see the cards in game

  when I reedem a code, the game opens a window in safari, so even after restarting the game several times I still get the same error. I’ve already lost 5 packs :/
