If they release a Classics collection then anyone looking to do a living Dex, much less a living SHINY Dex can do so themselves and not have to pester the community about it. I will say I wouldn't mind a Yellow version on the Switch though. Yet it would be bittersweet since that'd mean saying goodbye/retiring the Gameboy Color I've had for ~26 years(soon to be 27 later this Fall) and would mean I couldn't use the glorious in-game glitches to get Pokémon earlier than I normally would(like Mew, Gengar, Chansey, Magmar and Pinsir are just some of the notable ones). That is… unless… they leave those in lol. In many ways Im shocked more Pokemon games are not on Nintendo Online. The only ones I've seen are Stadium, PMD Red(not sure if Gales of Darkness or others are on there) and Snap.

I feel like Pokemon needs to add other Kalos legendaries besides the balance trio. I forgot what they're called so correct me if I'm wrong.

that’s completely changing the core gameplay of mystery dungeon
Mystery dungeon is not dnd and has separate mechanics
Though the game you explain could be fun I would want that if happened to be a new spinoff with a different title than the mystery dungeon franchise
Mystery dungeon is a turned base dungeon crawler system (kind of like the tile map I used In the fight) status conditions work a bit differently status moves are overpowered and it has a charming story about the characters you a human sent to this world in Pokémon form there is an aspect of resource management cause you can only hold a certain amount of items at a time

I agree with @clasingla
They are different but I love that idea!
I think they should make a Pokémon DND game
Especially multiplayer
Although, I think it would be more limited than IRL DND due to the fact the game would be DM and we would have options, not us actually making unique decisions
For example, the Pokémon game probably wouldn't have had torture as an option, something Blaze was chanting last game
I still like the idea, though!

Tbh i know it sounds grim but I wouldnt be surprised if they straight up just didnt do any old games being ported and the anniversary stream was just gen 10 a new limited edition 30th anniversary switch 2 and then just the TCG and mobile games. With how mediocre the 28th and 29th was it just wouldnt surprise me

I know its turn based crawler but the reason I suggest a RTS combat system is because that's the way Pokémon is headed in the future whether we like it or not. Arceus and Z-A are basically them testing the waters and they may opt to delay utilizing it until they've perfected it but I just see it as an inevitable transition from turn base to real time combat. This would of course put time into the equation for certain missions, meaning players can't just go and explore every area of a Dungeon or defeat every Pokémon they come across.
Item functionality would of course be limited because Pokémon can only hold so much(if not just one item at a time). That means one Berry or held item per Pokémon. As such when creating a team, having Pokémon that can use certain moves like Life Dew, Heal Pulse or have abilities like Shed Skin would be insanely useful(ditto abilities that work in weather conditions). I'd also restrict players to species whose base stat total doesn't exceed 555 or pretty much every Pokémon in the game barring Pseudo's, Mythicals and Legendaries. Regional variants would be included and Pokémon like Gimmighoul would be difficult to play as because the evolution mechanic for Gholdengo would be virtually impossible to accomplish in a playthrough unless you come across a ton of coins. As for Stone/Trade Evolutions, I'd see to it that they could evolve around the 75% point and not be relegated to post-game.
It'd be a change I'll admit but a PMD game is something we haven't had in a long time.

OK, that sounds really cool. What does it even mean? I do think if we do another campaign someday I would want to be a honedge.
