I'm Developing a Region Idea!

What if, if the user was on 1 hp and it uses that attack, and only if it's at 1 hp, it one hit ko's the opponent and the Pokemon that used it faints as well??? Just an idea.

So like a destiny bond for unique situations. I would run focus band at lv one and use it first move.
