Yes, I remember that. But also they have had events to get the shiny birds you said were the hardest hunt.

The Ones you can see Flying Above Kanto

So a Lvl 3-58 Shiny Articuno Zapdos or Moltres (Not from GO) is the Rarest Shiny (That you can still hunt today)

That would be very rare yes but only lv 3-19. If you transfer a birb from GO the lowest level you can get is 20.

In the Hoppa Unbound Elite Raids (this happend in 2023-2024) some Bonus Spawns like Alola Raichu or Wooloo (Which was Extremely Rare at the time) could spawn

Three of them being the Kanto Birds, with the average 1/20 Shiny Odds

But because Elite Raids have basically stopped, and the Hoopa ended Years Ago (now just being a T5 Raid boss), That Means that your only way to get one now is Let’s Go

Oh also they were SUPER buggy, just look up any YouTube Video about it, Elite Raids are like Gen 1, out together by masking tape and Elmers glue
