Which Legendary feels the most earned when you finally catch them?
Some legendaries feel like a real accomplishment. Which one made you feel like an actual champion when you landed it?

If we're talking about how hard the battle was against it, I'd say Zygarde in Z-A
However, difficulty to catch is another story
In Let's Go Pikachu, I was young and immature and used my Master Ball on Moltres
When I got to Mewtwo, I only has Ultra Balls
Pikachu one-shotted it and then I had to struggle using literally all my Ultra Balls on it
I ran out, has to run, buy the whole stock, return, one-shot it, yet again
I did it, though
I caught Mewtwo with an Ultra Ball
I still feel very proud of that

In the new games they are literally given to you. Miraidon: you caught it with a sandwich. Zygarde: it followed you home. Even in Pokémon go where you have to complete an extremely difficult raid once your team is leveled up to 3000cp+ and you find someone else with about the same lv team it is not that hard anymore, infact I can take out five star raids in 50-100sec with only losing 1-2 Pokémon.
So in short, none.

Eternatus felt earned because c'mon I took down that guy with a legendary hero of a Pokémon

With zygarde you can also have Mewtwo and diancie. Also legends aren’t everything. If you were exclusively using legends megas are better against rogue zygarde. P.S. I beat Zygarde and Volo second try.

I didn't have any Legendaries on my team against Volo
Hisuian Zoroark
Hisuian Decidueye
Hisuian Samurott
Garchomp
Lucario
Glaceon
I went through many teams (some using Legendaries) but this is the one that won it
I kept the first three and Lucario on every team
Garchomp was often used, but sometimes switched out
Glaceon was a random choice
