I have got a Exeggutor, but not just any one, no it’s not shiny, or good IV & EV no. I don’t think the person that caught it realized it, IT HAS POKÉRUSS

It's something every Pokémon you get has a 1 in 22,000 chance of getting after every battle that doubles all EVs gained when you defeat a Pokémon, and its effects remain even when it goes away after a few days of the Pokémon being on your party (it will pause if you keep the Pokémon in a PC, at least in the games before SV). It can spread to other Pokémon in your party. It's most easy to get it after a trade (where I think the odds are more likely), but I'm not sure how exactly.

Not on home sadly. I am not able to have friends or setup a friend trade. But what on Scarlett/violet would you be willing to trade for them?
