which pokemon should run for president (if there were pokemon presidents)

Forums, first five to comment with a pokemon gets to enter,
then I will make a new post tomorrow , in that post people who didn't make the five slot get to vote who wins you can't vote more than once, and the five cant vote for them- selves.

I know there's no prize but I thought it would be fun.
