When doing a time to meet, I highly recommend setting a time in UTC. UTC is basically Universal Time and you adjust what the time will be for you based on your timezone. For USA players, that's UTC of -5 to -8(-9 or -11 if you're Alaska or Hawaii) so a UTC time of 18:00 is 10:00 to 13:00 depending on which timezone you happen to be in. As for participating, Shiny Pokémon have never really interested me all that much. I mean I've caught a couple normal Shiny's on SV in Vespiquen and now Jumpluff if I was to evolve Hoppip all the way but a living Dex of Shiny's would be a massive undertaking to the point where if someone were to finish it'd be noteworthy. Yet do I care if I have lots of Shiny's? Not really, no.

can you tell me what to do in this? i like finding rare shiny pokémon. but is this h@cked shiny pokémon too?

I'm sorry, but despite me knowing shiny hunt strategies (thanks in no small part to YouTube), I have both sub-par shiny luck and no patience.
I hope that you can find the Shiny Pokémon you're looking for.
