@Hades0918 mega Mewtwo outspeeds mega darkai by a lot and has 190 atk against 130 def and 70 hp. I pulled up a battle calc and Mewtwo will 2hko and darkrai will also 2hko with the speed advantage Mewtwo wins every time.

And for anyone wondering if the sweeper side of non mega darkrai would win no mega Mewtwo X still outspeeds by 5 and guaranteed OHKO.

It's not about the calculator
Darkrai can put Mewtwo to sleep
Dark type moves are super effective on two of Mewtwo's forms, effective on the other
Psychic type moves (which Darkrai can learn) are effective on X
Put X to sleep, it can't attack, and then Dream Eater it
Plus, Darkrai's ability has something to do with sleeping enemies
There are so many variables, and I feel like Darkrai has a better chance than you think

@Hades0918 no Mewtwo will win if it megas x, uses safe guard, and ohkos with close combat. I had been using drain punch before but cc is a guaranteed ohko.

Darkrai is cooler and has a 80% accurate sleep-inducing move, along with many Dark type attacks.

@Hades0918 I have been doing a lot of math and two things.
- Mewtwo doesn’t learn close combat.
- Mega Mewtwo Y can win this.
