We get 4 Pokémon moves and what they do are tailored around D&D. Take my 4 moves as follows:
Powder Snow: Do 1D4 + Dex Ice Damage ← roll 4 sided Die and add Dexterity modifier(which could be good or bad depending on how high it is). Mine is +1 so I do 2-5 Damage.Growl: Until your next turn, your opponents AC(Armor Class) is decreased by 1 ← would think Leer would do that but eh I'm not DM :P I'd prefer it cut their damage by 1-2.
Ice Shard: If an opponent tries to make a melee attack against you, you can use this and do 1D4 Ice Damage
Disable: When used, your opponent cannot utilize their last move for 3 rounds.
As for Abilities, you will get Levitate with Tynamo but as to how it'll be applied I don't know. Wizard is a solid class choice. I came across this so I think you might want to work on a Backstory.
Creating a wizard character demands a backstory dominated by at least one extraordinary event. How did your character first come into contact with magic? How did you discover you had an aptitude for it? Do you have a natural talent, or did you simply study hard and practice incessantly? Did you encounter a magical creature or an ancient tome that taught you the basics of magic?
What drew you forth from your life of study? Did your first taste of magical knowledge leave you hungry for more? Have you received word of a secret repository of knowledge not yet plundered by any other wizard? Perhaps you’re simply eager to put your newfound magical skills to the test in the face of danger.
Here's my backstory(albeit off memory so its not word for word). I'm a Sorceress with natural talent that was born to parents who were extremely gifted in Ice Magic. Being the eldest, I often had to watch over my younger siblings and got into fights in order to get them out of trouble. I set off on my journey in the hopes of reaching a level beyond my parents and perhaps tapping into an inner magic I don't even know is there.
For Wizards, prioritize Intelligence, Constitution and Dexterity/Wisdom or ideally high on all 4. Strength and Charisma can get the left-over stats. So, for example, if you were to roll 16, 14, 14, 12, 11 and 9, you'd put 16 into Intelligence, 14 into Constitution and either Dexterity/Wisdom for 14 and 12 into the other. Charisma would get 11 and Strength would get 9 because you won't be doing the heavy lifting. You'll pick a sub-class(like Divinity or Necromancy if you wanted to) that will influence what spells you'll be able to learn initially and later on. You'll also have Cantrips or spells that don't occupy a Spell slot that you can use ad nauseum. I think you can utilize up to three but I don't know the full list.
@clasingla Noted but im curious as to what the item does?

Are the moves based on the same levels the Pokémon learns them in scarlet violet? Cause if so I start with four because tynamo learns 4 at level one.

@Lonestar85 I think I got lucky! Intelligence 20, Wisdom 18, Dexterity 11, Constition 10, Charisma 8, Strength 6.

Yeah strength isn’t important to my character.
