@clasingla here is what I was thinking for my backstory:
I am a tynamo from a long line of wizard Eelectross. My people are often unacquainted with normal people and so we speak in an older form of the language which most speak. (I will run all my sentences through a translator but they will still be legible) In an attempt to learn the secrets of mega evolution and to become stronger I have descended from my home. (The clouds)

Not bad. Grab an online Die Calculator and roll a D20 six times to generate your Stats for Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma. As I noted before, the Wizard needs to prioritize Intelligence so it should get your highest roll. After that, Dexterity, Constitution and Wisdom should get the next best rolls while Strength and Charisma get the shaft or aren't as important.
