Let's make a story for Christmas (one paragraph each and all is welcome)
It was the night of Christmas Eve, and Delibird was flighing through the dark, cold sky. It was on a mission for Santa, to deliver to one specific house. It's in the Kanto region, Pallet Town to be exact. The home of Ash Ketchum, who's been really good this year and is getting something special tonight!

As it carried the world's only Mega Stone creator, which can only be used once, in its sack, flying over Alola on the way to Pallet to give to the trainer at the top of the nice list, it heard a lonely cry from Pikachu Valley. From afar, it looked like a Pikachu, but when it flew closer to comfort it (a Pokémon that belongs to Santa will always want to be Nice, after all!), it realised that the Pikachu had a grey hue, floppy ears, and no legs to be seen... it was a Mimikyu, all alone, crying. "What's wrong?" Delibird asked, as Mimikyu explained that this is the fifteenth time someone's ran away from it in fear, just because of it being a Mimikyu! The poor thing, forced to sit alone on Christmas Eve, Delibird thought to itself.

Mind if I take a stab?
The Delibird thought, he thought for a while, then he thought he remembered something he heard before he left Santa and dug through his bag. And he found at the bottom a Pokeball, with a sticky note-to Mimikyu. He released the Pokemon right there on the spot, and out came a second Mimikyu! The first Mimikyu stopped crying and looked for a sec, before jumping for joy at the thought of a friend! The second did the same and they went hoping off, for they would have a friend, that very special Christmas. The Delibird nodded, happy for the pair, and took of into the sky, continuing to fly towards Kanto.
